       GENERATIONS; Senior Living, LLC is a newly remodeled ten bed group home fully licensed by the AZ Dept. of Health Services. We have eight bedrooms, three bathrooms and 4,000 square feet of livable space. 

       Monthly fees are based on the individuals residents required level of care and room availabilty. 

      Six of our rooms are private; the other two are semi-private. All are much larger than the state requirements. All rooms come furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own "stuff". A choice you get to make. 

      The monthly fee includes the following:

• The room; private or semi-private. Furnished or unfurnished
• Cable TV hook-up
• Assistance with all ADL's
• Personal Laundry/Linens 
• Daily Housekeeping
• 3 Homemade meals/ snacks/ desserts daily

- Room Service available; as necessary

• Access to all common areas
• Medication Managment 
• RN assessment and follow up; done by owner
